1. Eligibility
Eligibility for this promotion is limited to individuals who register an EPS Wallet account on or after 1 August 2026, successfully complete the Company's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, and satisfy all eligibility requirements determined by the Company.
2. Promotional Reward
An eligible customer will receive a promotional reward of 20,000 LAK ("Promotional Reward"), which will be automatically credited to the customer's EPS Wallet account within 3 Business Days after the successful completion of the Company's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
3. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 until 31 December 2026, or until the promotional quota has been fully redeemed, whichever occurs first.
4. Eligible Merchant
The Promotional Reward may be used solely for payments made through the EPS Wallet application at Laofe Vientiane, Branch 1, and is not valid for use at any other merchant or location.
5. Reward Limit
Each eligible customer and each EPS Wallet account is entitled to receive the Promotional Reward only once throughout the Promotion Period.
6. Redemption
The Promotional Reward must be redeemed in one (1) transaction only. Partial redemption, multiple redemptions, or carry-forward of any unused balance is not permitted.
7. Excess Payment
Where the transaction amount exceeds the value of the Promotional Reward, the customer shall pay the remaining balance using an available payment method through the EPS Wallet application.
8. No Residual Value
Where the transaction amount is less than 20,000 LAK, any unused portion of the Promotional Reward shall be automatically forfeited and shall not be refunded, credited, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
9. Nature of Promotional Reward
The Promotional Reward is provided solely for promotional purposes and does not constitute cash, customer funds, electronic money deposited by the customer, or any other redeemable monetary value.
10. Forfeiture of Promotional Reward
The Promotional Reward shall automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation where the relevant EPS Wallet account is suspended, terminated, restricted, or closed.
11. Technical Failure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the crediting or redemption of the Promotional Reward resulting from system maintenance, technical issues, network interruption, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
12. Disqualification
The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, recover, or forfeit any Promotional Reward, or disqualify any customer from this promotion, where fraudulent activity, abuse, misuse, manipulation, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or identified.
13. Reservation of Rights
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendment shall become effective upon publication through the Company's official communication channels, provided that such amendment shall not adversely affect any Promotional Reward already credited to an eligible customer, unless required by applicable law or where fraud, abuse, or misuse is identified.
This Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on 1 August 2026 (the “Effective Date”).
